Privacy Policy

This page explains what information this independent review site collects when you read it, why we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this review site only. It does not cover the casino we write about, which has its own policies.

What we collect

Reading a review does not require an account, so we hold very little about you. Our server records basic technical data when a page loads: the address of the page you asked for, the date and time, the type of browser and the approximate country the request came from.

If you write to us, we also keep the message and the email address you used so we can answer you. We do not ask for your name, date of birth, banking details or any gambling history, and you should not send them to us.

Why we use it

Technical records help us keep the site running, spot errors and see which sections of a review people actually read, for example whether readers get as far as the bonus terms or stop at the summary. That feedback decides which pages we check and update first.

We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the page to work, such as remembering that you dismissed a notice. Others feed anonymous traffic statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the review will still read normally.

We do not use cookies to follow you across unrelated websites.

Links to the operator

Our reviews contain links to the casino's own website. When you follow one, you leave this site and the operator may record that you arrived from our page. From that point the casino's privacy policy applies, not ours.

Read the operator's policy before you register, because it will hold your account data, payment details and identity documents. We never see those.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or reduced to anonymous totals. Messages you send us are kept for as long as it takes to answer you and a reasonable time afterwards in case you reply. After that they are removed.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact channel published on this site and tell us which message or visit it relates to, so we can find it.

If you live in Australia, you also have rights under the Privacy Act and can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you think we have mishandled your information.

Changes to this page

We update this policy when the way the site collects information changes. The newest version is always the one on this page. Material changes are marked at the top for a while so returning readers can see what moved.
